Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise. The price shown when you place your order generally applies to that order, except in cases such as obvious pricing or technical errors.

Depending on the options available at checkout, we may accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfers, cards, digital payments, or other payment methods. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected when the order is delivered. If payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, or there is a genuine pricing error, we may cancel the order. If you have already paid, an appropriate refund will be arranged according to our refund policy.

Orders and Acceptance

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it will remain available. When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products. You may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another communication method, but confirmation does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may cancel or reject an order for legitimate reasons, such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, incomplete customer details, delivery limitations, technical problems, or unusually large or duplicate orders. If a paid order is cancelled, an appropriate refund will be provided subject to applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

Roven Wear delivers within Pakistan to locations served by our courier partners. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, strikes, security conditions, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, remote locations, or other unexpected circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, complete address, city, phone number, and any necessary delivery instructions. If delivery fails because incorrect information was provided or the customer is repeatedly unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply where reasonably necessary. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should follow the courier's applicable package-inspection procedures before accepting the parcel where such inspection is available.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Roven Wear purchase. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Generally, returned clothing should be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached and packaging where reasonably possible. Items with stains, odors, washing damage, alterations, or other signs of use may not qualify for return.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different product, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy. We may inspect returned products before approving a return, exchange, or refund. These rules do not remove any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Pakistani law.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the method and processing time may depend on how you originally paid. Prepaid orders may be refunded through the original payment method or another suitable method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request appropriate payment or bank information to process the refund.

Please remember that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. Whether shipping charges are refunded will depend on the reason for the return and our Return & Refund Policy.

Prohibited Uses

Our website must only be used for lawful purposes. You must not use it for fraud, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with our systems, introduce harmful software, copy website content without permission, place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment information, impersonate another person or Roven Wear, or violate Pakistani laws.

If we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, we may restrict access to our website or cancel related orders.

Intellectual Property

The Roven Wear name, logo, product photography, graphics, designs, text, website layout, and marketing materials are owned by or licensed to Roven Wear unless otherwise stated. These materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws and cannot be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially used without our written permission.
